Everybrand (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates everybrand.co. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using our website.

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account information — when you create an account, we collect details such as your name, email address, and profile information through our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Submitted content — when you submit a shop or update your profile, we store the content you provide, including images, descriptions, and links.
• Usage data — we use privacy-friendly analytics (Simple Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. This does not use cookies and does not track individual users across other websites.
• Communications — if you contact us by email, we keep a record of that correspondence.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve Everybrand
• Process and review shop submissions
• Display your public profile and contributed listings
• Respond to enquiries and support requests
• Understand how the platform is used and fix issues
• Send updates you have opted into, such as our newsletter

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run Everybrand, including:

• Clerk (authentication)
• Supabase (file storage)
• Simple Analytics (privacy-friendly website analytics)
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Information you choose to make public — such as your username, profile details, submitted shops, and collections — is visible to other visitors. Only share information you are comfortable displaying publicly.

We retain your account and submitted content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@everybrand.co.

Everybrand is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
