These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of everybrand.co (“Everybrand”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Everybrand.

Everybrand is a curated gallery of e-commerce design. You may browse the collection, create an account, save favourites, build collections, and submit shops for review, subject to these Terms and any feature-specific guidelines.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

When you submit a shop to Everybrand, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit the content and link provided
• The submission is for a live e-commerce website
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge

We review all submissions before publication and reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion. See our FAQs for more on the submission process.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Everybrand a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform and in related promotional materials (such as social posts or newsletters featuring approved listings).

You may not submit content that infringes third-party rights, contains malware, is misleading, or violates applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use Everybrand for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Submit spam, duplicate, or low-quality listings to manipulate the gallery

The Everybrand name, logo, website design, and original platform content are owned by us or our licensors. Shop screenshots, brand names, and trademarks displayed in listings belong to their respective owners and are shown for inspirational and reference purposes.

Everybrand is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings will remain available. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everybrand and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Everybrand at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Everybrand after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
